# Import Contacts

**Import Contacts**

Importing your contacts into OrganAise streamlines communication and collaboration. You can bring in contacts from your phonebook or add them manually. If you use the OrganAise application on your phone and synchronise your contacts on this device, the contacts will always be up to date. The contact import ensures that all your important connections are easily accessible from the OrganAise interface, making it simpler to invite stakeholders and manage meetings.

After bringing in your desired contacts into OrganAise, you can invite selected contacts as Freemium Stakeholders. The number of Freemium stakeholders varies depending on your subscription level. The contacts that activate an OrganAise account will be able to share availability with you and also see your availability when you or they schedule meetings and arrange polls.
