Set Up Meeting Scheduling Links

Setting up meeting scheduling links is a breeze with OrganAise. Create customized links that you can share with others, allowing them to book meetings with you at their convenience. This feature reduces the back-and-forth of finding suitable meeting times and enhances your efficiency. You create and manage scheduling links through the link-icon in OrganAise.

When you have created an initial scheduling link you can copy this link and customize to have multiple links to share with stakeholders. During the setup process, you choose the calendar(s) to reflect in the scheduling interface and thereby define the availability for on-demand meetings. In the same step you also chose which web conference tool to use.

When sharing the meeting scheduling links, your stakeholder is guided to a meeting booking interface and can chose a time slot of their liking. When selecting and confirming timeslot and sharing their contact details, a calendar invitation will be sent to the invitee from OrganAise ([e-mail]).
